Oworitse is a solicitor with over 18 years post qualification experience in the UK, having been enrolled as a Solicitor of the Superior Courts of England and Wales in 2000. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991 and has substantial practice experience in Nigeria and can advise on Nigerian law.

He has been undertaking Conveyancing work for more than 15 years and was a solicitor, and later partner and head of Conveyancing in several firms in London before joining Atlantic Solicitors as a consultant. He has a very wide experience in conveyancing matters, both residential and commercial.

He also has wide experience in business mergers and acquisitions and has acted in both small and medium sized business matters

Oworitse also undertakes shipping work and he is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Shipping of Nigeria (CISN). He has sound knowledge of shipping law and practice and can advise both vessel owners, charterers and cargo owners on shipping law matters. He is an Associate Member of the Chattered Institute of Arbitration and undertakes shipping arbitration both on behalf of vessel owners and charterers.

KAMAL GIWA

Solicitor

Kamaludeen qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales in 2019.

He has degrees in Sociology and Information Management in Business. He attended the University of Westminster for his post graduate diploma in Law and the Legal practice course.

Since qualification, Kamaludeen has been working in the Commercial and residential conveyancing department as well as the Charities team.

Practice Manager / Solicitor

Kabukwour Korkor-Nartey is a Solicitor and the Practice Manager of Atlantic Solicitors Ltd.

She has an incredible track record of being an experienced Practice Manager for 10 years in one of the leading Immigration Law firms in Essex, Greater London.

She joined Atlantic Solicitors Limited in 2019 where she combines her role as a manager and a Solicitor.

As the Practice Manager, the entire administrative and organizational management of the firm are under her competent control and she manages her responsibilities so expertly well that she has become the voice and face of the firm while combining her role as a Practice Manager with her caseloads as a solicitor.

Her legal expertise includes conveyancing both in residential and commercial properties, Wills & Probate, Administration of Estate, Commercial, Family and Immigration laws just to mention a few.

She is highly compassionate and empathetic in dealing with vulnerable clients and clients in need of special attention, but very firm in maintaining strict compliance in line with her statutory and regulatory obligations.

Kay, as she is fondly called, is a highly resourceful, attentive, attention to details person and she is full of enthusiasm.
