Dele Odusanya
Managing Director / Solicitor
Dele Odusanya is a solicitor of England and Wales with over 20 years PQE experience in General Legal Practice in the UK, with special interests in Immigration, Conveyancing, Civil Litigation, Commercial and Charity Law. He previously qualified as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association. He has accumulated experience of law practice spanning over 25 years.
He has previously worked with other reputable law firms and Institutions in England and other Common Law Jurisdictions in the capacities of Director, Law Lecturer and Head of Legal Departments. Some of these organisations include Duncan Lewis, TASMAC, London School of Business & Finance, London College of Advanced Studies, and London College of Executive Training.
Dele is one of the founding partners of Atlantic Solicitors and is currently the Managing Partner with a track record of delivering bespoke legal services. He has also been actively involved in Pro bono services, contributing his quota to the firm’s local community.

Oworitse Omatsuli

Oworitse is a solicitor with over 18 years post qualification experience in the UK, having been enrolled as a Solicitor of the Superior Courts of England and Wales in 2000. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991 and has substantial practice experience in Nigeria and can advise on Nigerian law.
He has been undertaking Conveyancing work for more than 15 years and was a solicitor, and later partner and head of Conveyancing in several firms in London before joining Atlantic Solicitors as a consultant. He has a very wide experience in conveyancing matters, both residential and commercial.
He also has wide experience in business mergers and acquisitions and has acted in both small and medium sized business matters
Oworitse also undertakes shipping work and he is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Shipping of Nigeria (CISN). He has sound knowledge of shipping law and practice and can advise both vessel owners, charterers and cargo owners on shipping law matters. He is an Associate Member of the Chattered Institute of Arbitration and undertakes shipping arbitration both on behalf of vessel owners and charterers.

Mr Iroaganachi qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria in 1990, and qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2013. Mr Iroaganachi also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

VICTOR UHUNMWAGHO

Victor Uhumwangho is a solicitor of England and Wales. He qualified in 2005 and was earlier called to the Nigerian Bar in 1993. He has extensive litigation and legal practice experience in the UK and Nigeria including conducting litigations at senior courts and employment tribunals.
His areas of interest and expertise include Civil Litigation, Commercial Law, Family practice, employment Law and property practice.
Victor particularly applies a personal, pragmatic, and professional approach in securing satisfactory outcomes for clients.
He currently heads the civil litigation team and supervises solicitors and case workers in the team.

Odeta Malinauskiene

I am a solicitor, with experience in Civil Litigation, Companies, Family and Residential Conveyancing Law. My supervisors are Mr O. B Omatsuli (residential conveyancing) and Ms Nancy Katambala (family) and Mr Victor Uhunmwagho (civil litigation).
My cases vary from complex Civil Companies Litigation, Private Family cases to Advocacy work in the Family and County Courts. I have a strong foundation in Conveyancing Law. I have also strong knowledge of the Companies Law.
I have worked on several Family cases in Central and other London, Wolverhampton, Brighton, Plymouth Family and civil litigation matters in London County courts making my litigation experience varied in the UK's judicial ladder. I am astute to details and have the ultimate 'can do' attitude to law.
I have always devoted my legal work to achieving the best possible outcome for the clients. I work with integrity, with a focus on high standards and client care. I have undertaken voluntary work with the Legal Surgeries. These roles equipped me with an innate ability to listen to clients and aptly manage expectations
I trained as a solicitor and qualified on 2 January 2021 at Atlantic Solicitors. I completed seats in residential conveyancing, civil, companies and family law. Prior to joining Atlantic Solicitors, I worked as a case worker and a paralegal at various law firms since 2013, I also volunteered at local Legal Surgeries providing free legal advice and representation to vulnerable members of the community together with other solicitors.
Furthermore, I have experience with continental law in Lithuania since 1995.I am fluent in Lithuanian and Russian.

OMOTAYO ADEGBOYE

Omotayo John Adegboye joined this firm as a trainee solicitor in 2017 having worked several years as an Immigration Adviser under the accreditation of Office of the Immigration Services Commissioners-OISC. Qualifying in 2019 as a Solicitor, he quickly established himself as an important part of the firm specialising particularly in Immigration, Asylum, Managed Migration, and Nationality cases.
Omotayo also deals with residential conveyancing and assists in maintaining the high standards required for accreditation under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme which is a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices.
Omotayo holds Master’s degree in Legal Practice Course-2017 and Master’s degree in Financial Decision Management-2005. Omotayo’s experiences have enabled him to develop his skills as an efficient and thorough solicitor, which he combines with a friendly and approachable style.
He possesses general legal background which includes but not limited to Civil Litigation, Employment Law, Housing and Family law.
Outside of work, Omotayo enjoys travelling, watching football, and socialising with friends and families.

Nancy Katambala is a multi-lingual Solicitor of England and Wales with over 10 years post qualification experience. She prides herself in providing exceptional client focussed services. Nancy has a multi-jurisdictional background with experience in both English Common Law and Continental European Civil legal Systems.
She is an experienced advocate in civil and magistrate courts. She has higher rights of audience in civil courts.
She a director of the firm and the head of the Family Law department at Atlantic Solicitors. Her multi-cultural and linguistic background enables her to provide client focussed services to individuals from diverse ethnic and linguistic backgrounds. Nancy has considerable experience in representing clients at court and tribunal hearings.
She speaks Fluent English, French, Lingala and basic Dutch.
