Dele Odusanya
Managing Director / Solicitor
Dele Odusanya is a solicitor of England and Wales with over 20 years PQE experience in General Legal Practice in the UK, with special interests in Immigration, Conveyancing, Civil Litigation, Commercial and Charity Law. He previously qualified as a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association. He has accumulated experience of law practice spanning over 25 years.
He has previously worked with other reputable law firms and Institutions in England and other Common Law Jurisdictions in the capacities of Director, Law Lecturer and Head of Legal Departments. Some of these organisations include Duncan Lewis, TASMAC, London School of Business & Finance, London College of Advanced Studies, and London College of Executive Training.
Dele is one of the founding partners of Atlantic Solicitors and is currently the Managing Partner with a track record of delivering bespoke legal services. He has also been actively involved in Pro bono services, contributing his quota to the firm’s local community.

Nancy Katambala

Nancy is currently the Head of Family Department at Atlantic Solicitors Limited.
She is a multi-lingual Solicitor of England and Wales with over 10 years post qualification experience. She prides herself in providing exceptional client focussed services. Her areas of interest and expertise are in the fields of Immigration, European Union, Human Rights, Civil Litigation Law, Judicial Review challenges & Family. Nancy has a multi-jurisdictional background with experience in both English Common Law and Continental European Civil legal Systems.
She is an experienced advocate in civil and magistrate courts. She has higher rights of audience in civil courts.
She a director of the firm and the head of the Family Law department at Atlantic Solicitors. Her multi-cultural and linguistic background enables her to provide client focussed services to individuals from diverse ethnic and linguistic backgrounds. Nancy has considerable experience in representing clients at court and tribunal hearings.
She speaks Fluent English, French, Lingala and basic Dutch.

Zondy Broxup brings many years of experience working as a Solicitor with leading law firms in London and St Albans. Heading up our offering in the Chelmsford Office as an Associate, she is ideally placed to help clients living in Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and London.
Zondy has the experience and skill to enable her to achieve successful outcomes for her clients in all areas of Immigration and nationality Law. She predominantly represents clients with a range of leave to enter or remain applications (spouse and family members & Article 8 ECHR private/family life), all types of entry clearance, points-based system applications, applications based on Free movement of people - EEA Regulations, naturalisation applications and Appeals.
Zondy is strongly recommended for her clear, pragmatic advice and her ability to quickly get to the heart of the matter. Adesoji Soda

Kamorudeen Adesoji Soda (Soji) is currently the Head of Immigration and Nationality Department at Atlantic Solicitors Limited. He completed his law degree at University of Luton (now Bedfordshire) in 2006. He immediately proceeded to Thames Valley University London (now University of West London) for his Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice Course from 2006 to 2007.
Soji has gained legal work experience from reputable Law Firms in London and Sheffield from 2007 to 2013; which include employment as Legal Adviser by Immigration Advisory Service, Sheffield from 2008 to 2011. He possesses general legal background which includes Immigration, Conveyancing, and Family law.
He joined Atlantic Solicitors as a Trainee Solicitor in 2014 and upon completion of his Training Contract, he was admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 2016.
Soji's is passionate about immigration and has constantly followed up developments in areas of UK Immigration Law which pertains to Human Rights, European Union law, Asylum, Deportation and Point Based System (PBS).
Outside of work, Soji enjoys spending time with his family, socialising with friends, and work-out.

I have extensive experience in Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law. I have been working in the area since 2005 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2018.
As a qualified solicitor, my practice is varied between Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law and Family Law.
My Immigration, Asylum and Nationality practice vary from straightforward cases to complex cases involving minors and victims of domestic abuse. I have assisted with Judicial Review applications challenging the Secretary of State’s removal and deportation decisions and represented clients in the First Tier Tribunal.
In Family Law, I represent privately funded clients in family matters including divorce, financial remedies, special guardianship orders and private Children Act matters.
I pride myself in providing solutions to clients’ who find themselves in difficult immigration or family situations with the aim of helping to reduce the mental strain and getting the best outcome for my clients.

He is a versatile enthusiastic and dynamic personality who has acquired a variety of experiences that cut across Facility Management, Debt Management and Recovery and Law in the last 14 years. In addition to that, he had a brief spell at the House of Commons, where he worked in the Cabinet Office of former Shadow Minister of Employment as a parliamentary researcher.
He has had many years of Immigration Law practice as an OISC accredited advisor before he got admitted to the roll in 2021. He continues working in the following areas of practice: Immigration, Family, Employment, Conveyancing, and Energy laws.
His forte for efficient and timely service delivery gravitates clients to him as a likeable and popular individual both within the team and among our diverse clients who often commend the empathy with which he attends to their legal matters. He has consistently demonstrated high level of competence, integrity, and dedication to every assigned caseload while upholding the ethics of the legal profession.

FELICITY APPIAH

Felicity Ofori Atta is a Milton Keynes and London based Trainee Solicitor who specialises in helping clients get the best outcome from their Immigration and Family law issues by finding solutions in a pragmatic way.
She completed her law degree at University Northampton in 2016. She then proceeded to the University Law for her LLM Legal Practice Course in Professional Studies from 2016 to 2018. Felicity has attended several seminars, trainings on immigration laws and plays an active role in shaping the Immigration policies in the UK.
Felicity has gained legal work experience from reputable Law Firms in London and Milton Keynes from 2018 to date; which include employment as a Legal assistant in the year 2020 and Advisor at the Citizens Advice Bureau, Milton Keynes in 2015. She possesses general legal background which includes Immigration, Family and employment law.
Felicity joined Atlantic Solicitors as a Case Worker in 2018 and later became a Trainee Solicitor in 2020. Felicity is passionate about immigration and has constantly followed up developments in areas of UK Immigration Law which pertains to Human Rights, European Union law, Asylum, Deportation and Point Based System (PBS).
Felicity’s hobby includes singing, dancing, socialising with friends and spending time with her family.

Victor Uhumwangho is a solicitor of England and Wales. He qualified in 2005 and was earlier called to the Nigerian Bar in 1993. He has extensive litigation and legal practice experience in the UK and Nigeria including conducting litigations at senior courts and employment tribunals.
His areas of interest and expertise include Civil Litigation, Commercial Law, Family practice, employment Law and property practice.
Victor particularly applies a personal, pragmatic, and professional approach in securing satisfactory outcomes for clients.
He currently heads the civil litigation team and supervises solicitors and case workers in the team.

Kemi is qualified under the Law Society Immigration and Asylum Accreditation scheme as a supervisor and a senior caseworker , and thus specialises in Immigration and Nationality law and she provides specialist legal advice of private and publicly funded work.
She qualified as a Solicitor in April 2007 and has worked in the Immigration and Nationality area of law since 1998. She graduated from the University of East London, before completing her Legal Practice Course at the University of Westminster, London.
She has extensive experience in Asylum, human rights, Deportation appeals, Unlawful Detention, Bails, entry clearance, Family reunion, EEA, Nationality cases and Judicial Review Applications.
She is enthusiastic and always up for a challenge, Kemi has succeeded in many challenging and complex cases assisting clients in securing legal status in the UK.

OMOTAYO ADEGBOYE

Omotayo John Adegboye joined this firm as a trainee solicitor in 2017 having worked several years as an Immigration Adviser under the accreditation of Office of the Immigration Services Commissioners-OISC. Qualifying in 2019 as a Solicitor, he quickly established himself as an important part of the firm specialising particularly in Immigration, Asylum, Managed Migration, and Nationality cases.
Omotayo also deals with residential conveyancing and assists in maintaining the high standards required for accreditation under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme which is a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices.
Omotayo holds Master’s degree in Legal Practice Course-2017 and Master’s degree in Financial Decision Management-2005. Omotayo’s experiences have enabled him to develop his skills as an efficient and thorough solicitor, which he combines with a friendly and approachable style.
He possesses general legal background which includes but not limited to Civil Litigation, Employment Law, Housing and Family law.
