Kamorudeen Adesoji Soda (Soji) is currently the Head of Immigration and Nationality Department at Atlantic Solicitors Limited. He completed his law degree at University of Luton (now Bedfordshire) in 2006. He immediately proceeded to Thames Valley University London (now University of West London) for his Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice Course from 2006 to 2007.

Soji has gained legal work experience from reputable Law Firms in London and Sheffield from 2007 to 2013; which include employment as Legal Adviser by Immigration Advisory Service, Sheffield from 2008 to 2011. He possesses general legal background which includes Immigration, Conveyancing, and Family law.

He joined Atlantic Solicitors as a Trainee Solicitor in 2014 and upon completion of his Training Contract, he was admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 2016.

Soji's is passionate about immigration and has constantly followed up developments in areas of UK Immigration Law which pertains to Human Rights, European Union law, Asylum, Deportation and Point Based System (PBS).

Outside of work, Soji enjoys spending time with his family, socialising with friends, and work-out.

Lateef Kareem

I have a law degree (LL. B Hons) from the prestigious University of Lagos, Nigeria and a Master’s degree (M.Sc) in Finance and Risk from the University of East London. I am qualified in two jurisdictions, having been called to the Nigerian Bar in 1990 and got enrolled as a Solicitor in the UK in 2004.

I specialise in Immigration, Asylum, Nationality and Public Law. My cases vary from complex Immigration and Asylum cases, Judicial Review to Advocacy work in the First-tier and Upper Tribunals. I have a strong foundation in Advocacy work.

I have a sound grasp of legal principles and excellent research and analytical skills. I have over the years been a responsible, conscientious, and well-motivated Solicitor. I can conveniently work accurately and efficiently under pressure as well as prioritising my workload. CHIBUZO IROAGANACHI

Mr Iroaganachi qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria in 1990, and qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 2013. Mr Iroaganachi also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

I have extensive experience in Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law. I have been working in the area since 2005 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2018.

As a qualified solicitor, my practice is varied between Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law and Family Law.

My Immigration, Asylum and Nationality practice vary from straightforward cases to complex cases involving minors and victims of domestic abuse. I have assisted with Judicial Review applications challenging the Secretary of State’s removal and deportation decisions and represented clients in the First Tier Tribunal.

In Family Law, I represent privately funded clients in family matters including divorce, financial remedies, special guardianship orders and private Children Act matters.

I pride myself in providing solutions to clients’ who find themselves in difficult immigration or family situations with the aim of helping to reduce the mental strain and getting the best outcome for my clients.

YINKA COKER

Solicitor

Olayinka AyinkeSowemimo-Coker (Yinka) is a solicitor at Atlantic Solicitors Limited. She graduated from Lagos State University, Nigeria with Bachelor of Law degree (LL.B Hons) in 1991. She later attended the prestigious Nigerian Law School where she was awarded Barrister at Law (BL) in 1992 and consequently admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Following her relocation to the UK, Yinka completed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (QLTT) and was admitted to rolls as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2008.

Yinka also qualified as a Generalist Adviser in 2003.

Prior to her pursuit of her legal qualification, Yinka attended Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria (ABU) where she studied International Relations and was awarded Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) in 1985.

Yinka has over 13 years of practical legal experience in the United Kingdom. She specialises in immigration, asylum and nationality law, family law and probate. She has worked in various firms in the UK including Citizen Advice Bureau (2003 - 2006), Slade & Fletchers Solicitors (2008 – 2014). She has been with Atlantic Solicitors since 2015. In terms of professional developments, Yinka has attended various trainings and seminars including participating in the annual Legalex events.

In the church she attends, Yinka is a Minister, heads departments and was previously a member and vice chairman of the Board of Trustee of her church. She has served as a member of the Parents’ Board of her children’s schools. Yinka is a family-oriented person. She also loves travelling and reading educational materials.

Zondy Broxup

Zondy Broxup brings many years of experience working as a Solicitor with leading law firms in London and St Albans. Heading up our offering in the Chelmsford Office as an Associate, she is ideally placed to help clients living in Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and London.

Zondy has the experience and skill to enable her to achieve successful outcomes for her clients in all areas of Immigration and nationality Law. She predominantly represents clients with a range of leave to enter or remain applications (spouse and family members & Article 8 ECHR private/family life), all types of entry clearance, points-based system applications, applications based on Free movement of people - EEA Regulations, naturalisation applications and Appeals.

My cases vary from complex Immigration and Asylum cases, preparing Judicial Review, Advocacy work in the First-Tier and Upper Tribunals to making applications on behalf of clients. I have a strong foundation in Administrative Casework and Advocacy work.

I have a surgical approach to delivering legal services. I have always devoted my legal work to achieving the best possible outcome for my clients. I work with integrity, with a focus on high standards and client care. My length of experience has equipped me with an innate ability to listen to clients and aptly manage expectations.

Nancy Katambala

Nancy is currently the Head of Family Department at Atlantic Solicitors Limited.

Nancy Katambala is a multi-lingual Solicitor of England and Wales with over 10 years post qualification experience. She prides herself in providing exceptional client focussed services. Her areas of interest and expertise are in the fields of Immigration, European Union, Human Rights, Civil Litigation Law, Judicial Review challenges & Family. Nancy has a multi-jurisdictional background with experience in both English Common Law and Continental European Civil legal Systems.

She is currently the head of the Family Law department at Atlantic Solicitors. Her multi-cultural and linguistic background enables her to provide client focussed services to individuals from diverse ethnic and linguistic backgrounds. Nancy has considerable experience in representing clients at court and tribunal hearings. She speaks Fluent English, French, Lingala and basic Dutch.
