Kamorudeen Adesoji Soda (Soji) is currently the Head of Immigration and Nationality Department at Atlantic Solicitors Limited. He completed his law degree at University of Luton (now Bedfordshire) in 2006. He immediately proceeded to Thames Valley University London (now University of West London) for his Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice Course from 2006 to 2007.

Soji has gained legal work experience from reputable Law Firms in London and Sheffield from 2007 to 2013; which include employment as Legal Adviser by Immigration Advisory Service, Sheffield from 2008 to 2011. He possesses general legal background which includes Immigration, Conveyancing, and Family law.

He joined Atlantic Solicitors as a Trainee Solicitor in 2014 and upon completion of his Training Contract, he was admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 2016.

Soji's is passionate about immigration and has constantly followed up developments in areas of UK Immigration Law which pertains to Human Rights, European Union law, Asylum, Deportation and Point Based System (PBS).

Outside of work, Soji enjoys spending time with his family, socialising with friends, and work-out.

As a qualified solicitor, my practice is varied between Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Law and Family Law.

My Immigration, Asylum and Nationality practice vary from straightforward cases to complex cases involving minors and victims of domestic abuse. I have assisted with Judicial Review applications challenging the Secretary of State’s removal and deportation decisions and represented clients in the First Tier Tribunal.

In Family Law, I represent privately funded clients in family matters including divorce, financial remedies, special guardianship orders and private Children Act matters.

I pride myself in providing solutions to clients’ who find themselves in difficult immigration or family situations with the aim of helping to reduce the mental strain and getting the best outcome for my clients.

Olayinka AyinkeSowemimo-Coker (Yinka) is a solicitor at Atlantic Solicitors Limited. She graduated from Lagos State University, Nigeria with Bachelor of Law degree (LL.B Hons) in 1991. She later attended the prestigious Nigerian Law School where she was awarded Barrister at Law (BL) in 1992 and consequently admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

Following her relocation to the UK, Yinka completed the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (QLTT) and was admitted to rolls as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2008.

Yinka also qualified as a Generalist Adviser in 2003.

Prior to her pursuit of her legal qualification, Yinka attended Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Nigeria (ABU) where she studied International Relations and was awarded Bachelor of Science degree (BSc) in 1985.

Yinka has over 13 years of practical legal experience in the United Kingdom. She specialises in immigration, asylum and nationality law, family law and probate. She has worked in various firms in the UK including Citizen Advice Bureau (2003 - 2006), Slade & Fletchers Solicitors (2008 – 2014). She has been with Atlantic Solicitors since 2015. In terms of professional developments, Yinka has attended various trainings and seminars including participating in the annual Legalex events.

In the church she attends, Yinka is a Minister, heads departments and was previously a member and vice chairman of the Board of Trustee of her church. She has served as a member of the Parents’ Board of her children’s schools. Yinka is a family-oriented person. She also loves travelling and reading educational materials.

Omotayo John Adegboye joined this firm as a trainee solicitor in 2017 having worked several years as an Immigration Adviser under the accreditation of Office of the Immigration Services Commissioners-OISC. Qualifying in 2019 as a Solicitor, he quickly established himself as an important part of the firm specialising particularly in Immigration, Asylum, Managed Migration, and Nationality cases.

Omotayo also deals with residential conveyancing and assists in maintaining the high standards required for accreditation under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme which is a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices.

Felicity has gained legal work experience from reputable Law Firms in London and Milton Keynes from 2018 to date; which include employment as a Legal assistant in the year 2020 and Advisor at the Citizens Advice Bureau, Milton Keynes in 2015. She possesses general legal background which includes Immigration, Family and employment law.

Felicity joined Atlantic Solicitors as a Case Worker in 2018 and later became a Trainee Solicitor in 2020. Victoria also has a wealth of experience in dealing with Private client matters and will writing, but her niche is in immigration where she has dealt with Human rights cases, Home office applications for companies and families for the last ten years. She is particularly skilled at dealing with complex and unusual immigration matters. Her main role is to predominantly assist her clients in obtaining the requisite leave to remain or enter the UK by giving them accurate advice whilst representing them throughout the course of their immigration matter.

She is actively involved in providing adequate representation to the Secretary of state for grant of leave to enter or remain in the UK and/or challenging its decision to refuse such applications.
